Registration for the 2013 Finger Lakes Fifties has reached the limit of 250 runners for all three distances combined (25k, 50k, 50 mile). Registration for the WAITLIST is open. Individuals will be taken from the waitlist as cancellations come in and openings are available - individuals will be taken in order of the date they came onto the waitlist, not by the race distance (so say you were #1 on the 50 mile list on on Ultra Signup, if someone entered on the 25k list on a date before you, they would be chosen first). UltraSignup maintains waitlist entrants in order by race distance; waitlist entrants in order of date of entry onto the waitlist will be found on this site). PLEASE NOTE: Although UltraSignup asks for your credit card information when you sign up for the waitlist, you DO NOT pay prior to getting off of the waitlist. If you are chosen from the waitlist and ACCEPT the invitation, only then will your credit card be charged. Also, if you are chosen from the waitlist and decline the invitation, your card will not be charged.

RACE TIMELINE

January 1, 2013
Registration opens.

March 1, 2013
Last day to receive a full refund for cancelled registrations.

April 30, 2013
Last day for early race entry fee.

May 1, 2013
Last day to receive a 50% refund of your registration fee if you have to cancel your registration.

June 22, 2013
Last day to register (registration via UltraSignup ends @ 11:59pm on this date).

Thursday, July 4, 2013
11am:  Camping opens at the Potomac Group Campground.

Friday, July 5, 2013
4-7pm: Race number/packet pick-up at the Potomac Group Campground/Race Headquarters.  Cut-off for packet pick-up is strictly 7pm; volunteers have additional jobs to get done at this time.  If you arrive after 7pm you will be asked to pick-up your packet on race morning.

Saturday, July 6, 2013 ... RACE DAY!!!
5-6am: Race number/packet pick-up at Potomac Group Campground/Race HQ for 50K and 50 Mile runners.
6:30-7:30am: Race number/packet pick-up at Potomac Group Campground/Race HQ for 25K runners.
6:30am: 50K/50Mile races start.
8am: 25K race start.
2:30pm: 50Mile runners must complete the 50K portion by this time in order to go on for the 50 mile distance; runners who do not make this cut-off will be counted as 50K finishers when they complete the distance and will not be allowed to go on for the 50 miler.
post-race: Clean-up and tear-down and relax by the campfire.
